Student Emergency Fund
Established in 2023, our newest fund aims to provide a boost to students who are experiencing a hardship that will affect their ability to complete their education.
If you are a student who is experiencing an unexpected event or emergency that will or is affecting your ability to make it to your classes, please reach out to the Luna Foundation at 505-454-5337 ext 1351 or email us at lccfoundation.luna.edu. Student Emergency Fund Helps Nursing Students
Brittney Vigil and Olivia Maes were the first two students to benefit from the Student Emergency Fund made possible in part by a generous donation made by the Rotary Club of Las Vegas.
Both are pursuing their associates degrees in nursing while being parents and working full time jobs. The funds awarded will help them pay for travel expenses incurred while commuting to Santa Fe for clinicals.
